In the Knab App, open the account, tap “Settings” and then “Close current account”. In the Personal Banking Environment, go to “Settings”, click “Close account” and select the account you want to terminate.
3. Save all important documents
After closure you keep access to your data for another 15 months, for example for your annual overview. Do not delete the Knab App, because you need it to log in.
4. Make sure all products linked to the account have been terminated
Think of debit cards, direct debits, subscriptions, or other services linked to your business account.
5. Submit the cancellation request definitively
Confirm your choice and wait for the closure. After one working day, the account disappears from your overview. For each account you cancel, you receive a separate email confirmation.
Are you deregistering from the Chamber of Commerce (KvK)? Then cancel your Knab products first. Without a KvK registration you may use the business account for a maximum of two months, after which you must close it.

The exact time depends on whether the balance is zero and whether all linked products have been closed. You receive a separate email confirmation for each account you cancel.
