What is an accounting integration?
By linking your GoDutch account to your accounting software you can complete your administration easily, because all your financial transactions are visible in your accounting software in real time. Use the steps below to enable the integration with Exact accounting software.
Adding your GoDutch account to your Exact Online administration
In this step you add your GoDutch account to your administration. If you have already completed this step, you can skip it and continue to initiating the connection from your GoDutch account. Follow the steps below to add your GoDutch account to your administration:
Log in to your Exact Online administration via the Exact Online portal.
In the top menu bar, navigate to Bank accounts -> Overview.
Click ‘New’ to add a new bank account.
Enter your GoDutch IBAN directly in the field marked with a number (2).
Under Account type, select the option ‘Business current account’.
Leave the Description field empty (your IBAN is added here automatically).
Expand the container at the bottom of the screen. Under Advanced options, mark this account as your main account and add the BIC number: SWNBNL22.
Click ‘Save’.
Initiating the connection from your GoDutch account
Log in to your GoDutch account.
Navigate to Integrations and select ExactOnline.
Click ‘Connect’.
You will be asked to use your Exact Online login details to establish the connection.
Select your administration.
Under Journal, select your GoDutch account (IBAN number).
Click ‘Save’.
The connection is now active! From now on all completed bank transactions will be visible in your Exact Online administration. Please note: transactions from before the moment the connection was made are not shown automatically in your Exact Online administration. You will need to upload these via an MT940 file. Contact your accountant for help with this
Can I link my GoDutch account to my accounting software?
We offer full integrations with almost all accounting packages used in the Netherlands. Your accounting package is therefore also supported, allowing your administration to be fully managed.

All transactions will be automatically imported in real-time into your accounting software, without any further actions on your part. Even better: you can also automatically link your receipts and invoices to the correct transactions. Thanks to advanced OCR recognition, this is a super simple process!
How do I link my GoDutch account with my accounting software?
Making the connection with your accounting program is easy. Look for 'GoDutch' in your program's list of bank connections. If the connection is available, it can then be made.
Can I also add my accountant to the bill?
You can add more users to your account, including your accountant. Please note that the number of users you can add depends on your subscription. Easily add users in the GoDutch app.
How do I link my GoDutch account to Exact?

Note: transactions prior to the moment the connection was established will not be automatically displayed in your Exact Online administration. You will need to upload these via an MT940 file. Contact your accountant for assistance with this.
