Wat is een boekhoudkoppeling?
Door je GoDutch-account te koppelen aan je boekhoudsoftware, kun je je administratie eenvoudig afronden, omdat al je financiële mutaties in real-time zichtbaar zullen zijn in je boekhoudsoftware. Gebruik de onderstaande stappen om de integratie met de boekhoudsoftware van Exact mogelijk te maken.
Je GoDutch-account toevoegen aan je Exact Online-administratie
In deze stap voeg je je GoDutch-account toe aan je administratie. Als je deze stap eerder al hebt afgerond, kun je deze overslaan en doorgaan naar het initiëren van de koppeling via je GoDutch-account. Volg de onderstaande stappen om je GoDutch-account toe te voegen aan je administratie:
Log in op je Exact Online-administratie via het Exact Online-portaal.
Navigeer in de bovenste menubalk naar Bankrekeningen -> Overzicht.
Klik op ‘Nieuw’ om een nieuwe bankrekening toe te voegen.
Vul je GoDutch-IBAN direct in het veld gemarkeerd met een cijfer (2) in.
Selecteer bij Rekeningtype de optie ‘Zakelijke betaalrekening’.
Laat het veld Omschrijving leeg (je IBAN wordt hier automatisch aan toegevoegd).
Vouw de container onderaan het scherm uit. Onder Geavanceerde opties markeer je deze rekening als je hoofdrekening en voeg je het BIC-nummer toe: SWNBNL22.
Klik op ‘Opslaan’.
De koppeling initiëren via je GoDutch-account
Log in op je GoDutch-account.
Navigeer naar Integrations en selecteer ExactOnline.
Klik op ‘Koppelen’.
Je wordt gevraagd om je Exact Online-inloggegevens te gebruiken om de koppeling tot stand te brengen.
Selecteer je administratie.
Selecteer onder Dagboek je GoDutch-account (IBAN-nummer).
Klik op ‘Opslaan’.
De koppeling staat nu aan! Vanaf nu zullen alle uitgevoerde bankmutaties zichtbaar zijn in je Exact Online-administratie. Let op: transacties van vóór het moment waarop de koppeling is gemaakt, worden niet automatisch weergegeven in je Exact Online-administratie. Deze zul je moeten uploaden via een MT940-bestand. Can I link my GoDutch account to my accounting software?
We offer full integrations with almost all accounting packages used in the Netherlands. Your accounting package is therefore also supported, allowing your administration to be fully managed.

How do I link my GoDutch account with my accounting software?
Making the connection with your accounting program is easy. Look for 'GoDutch' in your program's list of bank connections. If the connection is available, it can then be made.
Can I also add my accountant to the bill?
You can add more users to your account, including your accountant. Please note that the number of users you can add depends on your subscription. Easily add users in the GoDutch app.
How do I link my GoDutch account to Exact?
By linking your GoDutch account to your accounting software, you can easily complete your administration, as all your financial transactions will be visible in real-time in your accounting software. Use the steps below to enable the integration with Exact's accounting software.
Adding your GoDutch account to your Exact Online administration
In this step, you will add your GoDutch account to your administration. If you have already completed this step, you can skip it and proceed to initiate the connection through your GoDutch account. Follow the steps below to add your GoDutch account to your administration:
Log in to your Exact Online administration via the Exact Online portal.
Navigate in the top menu bar to Bank Accounts -> Overview.
Click on ‘New’ to add a new bank account.
Enter your GoDutch IBAN directly in the field marked with a number (2).
Select ‘Business current account’ as the Account Type.
Leave the Description field empty (your IBAN will be added automatically).
Expand the container at the bottom of the screen. Under Advanced options, mark this account as your main account and add the BIC number: SWNBNL22.
Click on ‘Save’.
Initiating the connection through your GoDutch account
Log in to your GoDutch account.
Navigate to Integrations and select ExactOnline.
Click on ‘Connect’.
You will be asked to use your Exact Online login details to establish the connection.
Select your administration.
Select your GoDutch account (IBAN number) under Journal.
Click on ‘Save’.
The connection is now active! From now on, all executed bank transactions will be visible in your Exact Online administration. Note: transactions prior to the moment the connection was established will not be automatically displayed in your Exact Online administration. You will need to upload these via an MT940 file. Contact your accountant for assistance with this.
