What is GoDutch Invoicing?
Invoicing lets you create VAT-compliant invoices in your own branding, send them with a payment request, and track what you’re owed, all from your GoDutch business account.
How do I get started?
Open a free GoDutch account. Once it is active, create your first invoice: pick a contact, fill in the lines and send.
Are my invoices VAT-compliant?
Your VAT number, KVK number and IBAN are filled in on every invoice and the invoice number runs on by itself. You choose the VAT rate per line.
How can my clients pay?
Every invoice comes with a payment page. Clients pay by iDEAL or card, or make a bank transfer to your IBAN.
How does an invoice get marked as paid?
If your client pays through the payment page, the invoice is marked as paid straight away. If they make a bank transfer, GoDutch matches the payment to the invoice using the payment reference.
How do I remind a client about an open invoice?
Open the invoice and choose Send reminder. Your client gets an email with the payment link. You can also copy the link and share it yourself.
Can I send the same invoice every month?
Yes. Switch on Repeat this invoice, choose how often it repeats and when the series ends: on a date, after a number of invoices, or never.
