April update

This update focused on two things: helping new businesses through the sign-up process more quickly, and reducing manual work once you're up and running. This is what has been released and what is now being rolled out.
Sign your UBO declaration during sign-up
When opening a business account, you are legally required to declare who the legal owners of your company are. Until now, you first had to request an official extract from the Chamber of Commerce before you could complete your application. We now generate this declaration automatically based on the details you enter during sign-up. You check it, sign digitally, and continue without needing any external documents.
Remind a cardholder to submit a receipt
With GoDutch, you can issue business payment cards to employees and keep track of their expenses. Has a team member not yet submitted a receipt for a card payment? Send them a reminder directly from the app. One tap, and the cardholder automatically receives an email asking them to submit the receipt.
Getting started checklist on your dashboard
After opening your account, GoDutch shows a short checklist on your dashboard to help you get started quickly — such as topping up your balance, issuing a card, or linking an expense category. Each task takes less than a minute and disappears once it is complete. It helps you get value from the product quickly, without having to work out where to start.
Clearer accounting exports
With GoDutch, you can export your transactions for your accountant or accounting software. Exports now bundle each transaction together with the corresponding receipt in one organised file. That means your accountant has everything in one place, no more downloading transactions and receipts separately, or matching them up manually.

Until now, paying a business bill meant logging into your bank, hunting down supplier details, and entering everything by hand. One wrong digit and the payment fails — or worse, lands somewhere it shouldn't.
Bill Pay removes that entirely. Upload an invoice and GoDutch reads it — supplier name, amount, IBAN — and prepares the payment for you. You review, you confirm, done.
Your own invoice inbox, included.
Every GoDutch account comes with a dedicated email address. Send your invoices there — or give it to your vendors so they can send directly. Bills arrive, we read them, payment is ready.
