GoDutch Top-up Bonus Terms and Conditions, May 2026

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the GoDutch top-up bonus promotion as described below (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and to the general terms and conditions of GoDutch. This Promotion is offered by GoDutch ("GoDutch", "we" or "us").
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the top-up bonus (the "Bonus"), you must meet all the conditions below:
New customer: You open a new GoDutch business account and have not previously held an account under the same KvK number (Chamber of Commerce), the same legal entity, or the same ultimate beneficial owner(s).
Eligible subscription: Your account is linked to an active GoDutch Starter, Pro, or Unlimited subscription.
Verification: You have successfully completed GoDutch's identity and business verification (KYC).
Jurisdiction: Your business is registered in the Netherlands or in another country where GoDutch offers services and is authorised to open a business account.
Good standing: Your account is in good standing, with no outstanding payments, suspensions, or indications of fraud or abuse.
GoDutch determines at its sole discretion whether a participant is eligible for the Bonus and may exclude participants at its own discretion.
2. Amount of the Bonus
The Bonus is a matching of 100% of the amount you transfer to your GoDutch business account (the "Top-up"), up to the maximum that applies to your subscription at the time of payout:

Example: if you deposit €60 into your Starter account, you will receive €60 as a Bonus. If you deposit €250 into a Pro account, you will receive the maximum of €200. If you deposit €1,000 into an Unlimited account, you will receive the maximum of €400.
3. How the Bonus is earned
The Bonus will only be paid out after all the steps below have been completed.
Top-up: You transfer the Top-up amount to your GoDutch business account within thirty (30) days after opening your account. The amount must come from a bank account in the name of the relevant legal entity.
Three months active subscription: You pay your subscription fees for the Starter, Pro, or Unlimited package fully and on time for three (3) consecutive calendar months, starting from the first full billing month after opening the account.
Active use: Your account remains active during this period, without downgrading to a lower package, cancellation, suspension, or closure.
Request: After the three-month period has ended, you must request the Bonus yourself via support@godutch.com. The request must be submitted within sixty (60) days after the end of the three-month period. Requests submitted outside this window will expire.
Payout: GoDutch assesses the request within fourteen (14) working days. Upon approval, the Bonus will be credited to your GoDutch business account within five (5) working days.
4. Limitations
One Bonus per enterprise: A maximum of one (1) Bonus can be paid out per enterprise, KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number, and ultimate beneficial owner.
Non-transferable: The Bonus is personal and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another party.
Non-combinable: The Promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing GoDutch promotions, discounts, referral bonuses, or cashback increases, unless GoDutch explicitly states otherwise.
No advance or credit: The Bonus is not a credit facility nor an advance. No right to the amount exists until the moment of payout.
Subscription change: The final Bonus cap is determined by the subscription that is active at the moment of payout. A downgrade during the three-month period forfeits the entitlement to the Bonus.
Cancellation or suspension: If your account is cancelled, suspended, or closed before the end of the three-month period, the right to the Bonus will lapse.
Tax: The Bonus may be a taxable provision. Participants are personally responsible for the tax processing and should consult their own tax adviser where necessary.
5. Amendment and termination
GoDutch reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time, without prior notice and without giving reasons. GoDutch may withhold or reclaim a Bonus in the event of (suspected) fraud, abuse, improper use or violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.
This Promotion runs from the effective date until further notice. Termination of the Promotion does not affect already acquired rights of participants who meet all conditions at the time of termination.
6. Liability
GoDutch is not liable for errors, delays or disruptions in the processing or administration of this Promotion, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The payout of any Bonus is subject to assessment by GoDutch and may be withheld or forfeited if the Terms and Conditions are not met.
